The scriptures and sastras speak of significations of Rahu and Ketu. Rahu and Ketu are head and tail of the dragon. Rahu is the head. He takes risks and wins big in the start. His pathway is privilege via glamour and prestige. Rahu is ambition multiplied that overleaps itself. Rahu hates dharma and frequently engages in fraudulent activity. Yet just when He is within arm’s reach of the goal, Rahu falls. Ketu is the tail. Ketu ios absorbed internally. Ketu is absorbed with the matters of the house Ketu resides in or transits to. Ketu people are scattered by nature, they do not communicate in a coherent, contiguous manner. They swirl like a dusty wind. Arthava Veda gives the following mantra:
