Saturn – Mars troubles, 28 October – 17 December 2018
Puttaparthi Agastya Nadi Astrologer Sai Bharathi has provided several earlier predictions about Saturn transits with aspect with Mars. From late October to mid-December 2018, Saturn will be aspecting Mars, creating catastrophe for many places on this planet. Readers are advised to undertake puja and hommams and meditate as loka sevanam for the world with selfless love. A special puja for the five elements is being organised at a temple.

Mars will be transiting Dhanistha nakshatra pada 3. From Capricorn to Aquarius, Saturn and Mars will be in aspect graha drishti for a total of 50 days. Saturn is in a dark place Oct 21-Nov. 27th as it moves into the 4th pada of Mula Nakshatra (Sagittarius 10-13.20) Saturn is in Pada 4 ruled connected to the Cancer which has an 8 relationship (Ashtamamsha) with Sagittarius to it brings up difficult energies that need to be transformed. Past karma needs to be accepted and engaged.
Due this aspect, there will be global effects, those such as fire, road and air accidents are possible and natural disaster in the direction of south west. Political trouble will be possible, revolution in African countries is also possible. There may also be effects to the share market. This trouble is indicated as Venus retrograde also affects share markets. Venus retrogrades for about 40-41 days every 18 months and this transit is usually associated with financial market declines. Venus retrograded on October 5 around the time the stock market dropped. It will remain retrograde until Nov. 16.
Mars has moved into the 4th pada or section of the constellation of Shravana (Capricorn 20.00-23.30) which is ruled by the moon /Cancer. It is said that Mars cannot rest here. Saturn moves into the 4th pada of Mula (Sagittarius 10-13.20) which is also owned by Cancer on Oct. 21st and stays there until Nov. 26th. It will join Mars and Jupiter in the D-9 or Navamsha chart. These subtle aspects will bring about the troubles indicated earlier.
Remedies
We are not blind victims to the planets nor are we led like lemmings to rush over the edge of the cliff into the oceans of death and destruction. The planets are amsa of the Kala Purusha, and do their duty. Brahma is Creator, with rajo guna; the planets unfold maya by reflecting and refracting light within the mind, the body, the senses. The effect of planets is largely how we utilise them; they may drag us down, they may pull us up. Signs are movable, fixed and mutable, and planets may be approached prayer, tapasya, puja and homams. We may appease, we may divert, we may alleviate the seriousness of these predictions with sacrifice, sacred offering, duty, devotion and discipline. One may do loka seva, service for the welfare of the World. Sri Sathya Sai Baba undertook loka sevanam on many occasions and graciously allowed devotees to participate. One may always undertake service for the welfare of the world, indeed, all the worlds: Samasta Loka Sukhino Bhavantu.
